MAWA rotates single-origin beans and seasonal specials year-round, following harvests from farms in Colombia, El Salvador, Ethiopia, and beyond. The cup in your hand reflects where the bean is right now — not just where coffee comes from in general. There is always something new worth trying, and always a reason to come back.

SOURCING

Rooted in Origin.

MAWA sources beans through GFN Coffee, a local San Antonio roaster with a deep focus on origin and processing. Beans are selected from specific farms in Colombia, El Salvador, Ethiopia, and other single-origin regions, rotating with harvests to maintain peak quality year-round. The varietals change; the intention does not. Knowing where your coffee comes from is part of the experience — not a footnote.
